Mechanical Behavior
The working principle of our paper cup machine is that a main motor drives the whole machine to work,realizing the perfect integration of gear and cam structure. Now the machine uses a single aluminum diskinstead of the previous three disk machine, which greatly reduces the failure rate of the machine andreduces the training time for operators. According to customer requirements, 3-1 6oz single and doublecoated paper cups can be customized. lt is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment, which canstably produce paper cups of different specifications through multi row automatic paper feeding, paperanti backing device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic or copper strip welding, manipulator papercylinder transfer, oil injection, bottoming, folding, preheating, knurling, cup unloading and othercontinuous processes. lt is a paper cup equipment independently developed by our company to improvethe stability of the whole machine through comprehensive technical improvement.
